Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16, when she gave up gymnastics. In just one year she was able to earn her Professional Card at age 17. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from performing following the award of her Pro card in order to finish the college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. In 2009 she won four more health titles. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel spent her first six years in competing to obtain her college degree. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectations. She was happy about her position. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with machines, along with bent-over rows. First, she warms up before moving on to working out. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. The way she achieves this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
